Product Money Explorers Group - January Thursday PM

The Money Explorers Group provides clients the opportunity to gain personal insight into their thoughts and behaviors pertaining to personal money matters. In the group setting via Zoom, participants will gain greater clarity on the role that participants want money to play in their lives. Participants examine the messages that they internalized about money as children and how those messages impact their thoughts and feelings about money today. Participants will explore values and goals within the group setting. For those wanting to engage in more focused and deeper work, the Money Matters Core Process for individuals would be highly recommended.

Series of 6 Sessions with a maximum of 8 participants

90-120 minutes per session on Zoom

Congratulations on your commitment to explore your Money Matters! Welcome you courageous soul. We are so pleased to have you participate in the Money Explorer Group that will commence on January 26th from 3-5 PM via Zoom.

Please know that you will be participating within a group setting on Zoom. The first matter of business is to assure that all information shared within our group setting will remain confidential. Discussing money brings up so many emotions and extensive vulnerability. It is paramount that we create a safe space for all participants.

Homework assignments will be emailed to you one week prior to our initial sessions. And you will have homework assignments to complete for the remaining 5 sessions. In order to gain the most benefit from our program, please ensure that you are prepared for our sessions. I get it, life happens and it is not the end of the world if you are not prepared. I trust that you will attend to the assignments when your schedule allows. But there is richer discussion and enhanced growth for all members to experience when we show up prepared to explore our money thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Please ensure that all distractions are minimal so that you are able to participate from a comfortable and quiet space. You may want to silence your phones. Do not hesitate to begin to explore rituals around attending to your money matters by lighting a candle, having crystals in your workspace, getting the lighting just so, all efforts to allow you to feel the self-care that you are engaging in as you dig deep into your money story.

If you are unable to make a session, please let me know as soon as possible. I plan the sessions carefully and having a clear idea of who will be present helps me tremendously. Additionally, if you are not able to make a session due to family emergency or due to illness, I will make that session up with you privately. If you are not able to attend a session due to scheduling conflicts, I will not be able to make that session up with you. It would be too cumbersome for me to make up sessions for every client who has scheduling conflicts. I am certain that you understand.

The fee to participate in the Money Explorers Group is $350. You will receive an invoice requesting payment via Stripe, Zelle, Cash, or Check. Please ensure that your invoice is paid in full prior to the start date of the group or you will not receive the Zoom link for the initial class.

I am so honored to join you on your money journey! Money is challenging as it touches everything that we do and is the one thing that has so much impact on our emotions. Most commonly, we experience shame, regret, guilt, disappointment and hopelessness pertaining to our money decisions. When we go from financial transaction to transaction, these emotions do not get processed and accumulate in our minds and souls. This is the phenomenon that leads to avoidant or self-sabotaging behaviors which spirals the negative emotions further. This is a pattern that may be broken with self-compassion, increased understanding of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors and reframing our money perspectives. Welcome to the Money Journey, I am so grateful you have made this commitment to Your Self!
